We will review your request & contact you forthwith.

Or you may also contact us for a one-time consultation with no further obligation for a non-refundable advance fee payment of $ 75. Subsequent to the initial consultation, if you decide to retain our services for the subject matter of the consultation, the full amount of your consultation fee will be credited to the final installment of the total fee payable by you.

Once it has been mutually decided (between yourself & us) that we will represent you, you will be forwarded our Legal Representation Agreement (“the Agreement”).

The Agreement will contain brief details of the services to be provided by us, our responsibilities, your responsibilities and a breakdown of the various fees involved, including USCIS fees. After the Agreement and the required initial payments are furnished to us we will commence work on your case.

• Administrative or court review
• Certification / guarantee as to the outcome of the case
• Appeals from initial adverse decisions
• Deportation proceedings
